If you are interested in learning how to improve your physical, emotional, and relational health through better sleep, join Dr. Daniel Jin Blum, licensed clinical psychologist and sleep therapy specialist, for an introduction to techniques to help you improve your sleep. Dr. Blum received training at Stanford’s School of Sleep Medicine and provides sleep coaching at UC Berkeley’s Sleep Clinic and at Endurance - A Sports & Psychology Center, Inc. During this introductory workshop you will learn:

- The science of sleep

- To reduce stress and improve your overall wellbeing by improving your sleep

- Simple, effective research based strategies to help you sleep better

- How to tell if you may have a serious sleep disorder and what to do about it
