Recent Discoveries about Alzheimer's and hopes for effective treatments (17 min video presentation)

Following a check-in, we will watch and discuss the above topic.

Time permitting we will also look at articles on the best exercise for aging muscles (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/23/well/move/the-best-exercise-for-aging-muscles.html) and on how much exercise is good for us (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/22/well/move/should-15000-steps-a-day-be-our-new-exercise-target.html).

ABOUT US

We work primarily by sharing events from our lives and the lives of friends and relatives, and by sharing useful information and guidance. Everyone is welcome.

We are a supportive group: sharing information, concerns, and resources, including our own issues and experiences with giving and needing help, and we help each other with difficult problems, choices, and plans. We talk about issues that are not easy to discuss elsewhere.

Free to all OLLI members. Bring a guest!

No RSVP required; but you can email to OLLI to be connected with the group coordinator.

We invite members of the public to join us in order to check out our program.
