Pre-Show Panel Talk: Sofa sin Casa (Couch With No Home)

Sunday, December 4, 2016 - 13:00

Join Tim Redmond of the Bay Guardian, Todd Roerhman, and Terry Boero to explore the creation of the play and the economic and social ramifications of housing instability. Designed with us in mind by SF State School of Theatre & Dance. Explore the creation of this "crowd-sourced play with blues," in which eviction squads are moving through the city, and the economic and social ramifications of housing instability. Enjoy the play in Little Theatre next to the talk.

The Play: Sofa sin Casa (Couch With No Home)

Stories and songs that turn the political into the personal.  That turn the paralysis of economic theory into the details of who we are, how we got here, where we were before.  And into the  simple questions of how to eat, where to sleep, where to take a shower, how to find shelter when we have none.
