What is emotional well-being? How do we maintain a sense of well-being in the world we live in? There is a significant body of research that is focused on how to increase resilience to stress and improve quality of life. In this lecture, we will talk about scientifically proven methods that can help us maintain emotional balance in the face of stressful life events and changes. 

Dr. Marina Bystritsky is a speaker, mindfulness teacher and licensed psychologist in private practice specializing in treatment of stress, burn-out and anxiety disorders.
